How to add addition cost if order amount is less then in Magento

1. Login to your Magento 2 store admin.
2. Go to Stores-> Configuration -> Sales -> Delivery Methods
3. Then set the maximum order amount for addition cost in "If order Amount Less then" field.


4. Then set the addition cost in "Add Addition Cost" field.

5. Save the settings.
